How to use

Always do a patch test before use.

Do not use it if the skin seems uncomfortable or aggravated after use.

Use on anyone, from babies to adults to give sleep a gentle nudge.

If you’re unsure as to whether it should be used on you or your child, do ask your GP.

Apply a grape-sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. For young children apply a pea sized amount only and often just the feet is enough. For migraines, apply to the head an neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heart space as needed.
